The mobility to Germany took place 5th- 9th Oct 2021.
The students of classes 7-10 were involved in mobility.
CONTENT AND METHODOLOGY AND RESULTS OF THE MOBILITY:
5th Oct 2021
- German teachers and host students drive to Frankfurt Airport to pick up Estonian teachers and students
- Arrival with Estonian group of students – German students, teachers, and parents welcome their guests
6th Oct 2021 - Classroom observation (Estonian students attend lessons with their host partners): Maths. Politics. Language lessons. Art.
- Classroom observations (Estonian teachers attend lessons of their choice)
- Project work (students & teachers): team building activities, getting to know local resources, events, businesses
- Vogelpark (good example of the local business where handicapped people work)
7th Oct 2021 - Corona test at school
- One-day placement (students) & partners – Betz; Sonnenhof Hampel; Blum; Municipal Administration; Deckenbach. Students had a day in one local enterprise to experience its normal work-day.
8th Oct - Project work (teachers meeting)/ classroom observation (students attend 1st lesson)
- Project work: feedback and presentations on the one-day placement
- Guided tour at Vulkaneum & city rally
- Taufsteinhütte (Hoherodskopf) – family business
9th Oct - Day trip to Frankfurt, guided tour
- Farewell to Estonian exchange group
RESULTS
- A photo story of visits will be produced and uploaded on the common webpage/Twinspace.
- Orientation on students’ own career planning – reports of one-day placement
- Evaluation based on the students and teachers feedback questionnaires.
